Micropayment offers an effective system to protect the parameters of the transaction in the payment windows against manipulation with the seal generator. Typical manipulation attempts such as changes of price, currency, articles, etc. are thus completely prevented.

The URL for calling the payment window is converted into a sealed URL during this process (seal). If this URL is now manipulated, it is invalid and the payment can not be executed.

The character string called a seal is passed to the payment window as an additional parameter value with each call. The seal can either be created manually or generated by a function call. Areas outside the seal can also be specified.

The optional SecurePIN from Micropayment for the SEPA direct debit payment option is an effective way to verify and identify a customer via telephone call.

The process of a SecurePIN call is uncomplicated for the customer: After entering payment-relevant data, the customer is asked to verify himself by phone call. To do this, he calls a personalized 01802 service number (6 cents per call) for a few seconds. He will then be forwarded directly to the confirmation page.

Your payment security increases significantly by using SecurePIN from Micropayment. Fun purchases and fraudulent transactions are reduced to a minimum. In addition, the identification of the telephone connection (even with suppressed phone number) helps with any collection procedures.

The procedure, which is free of charge for your customers, is uncomplicated in its application and internationally available. After entering payment-relevant information, your customer will be asked to provide his mobile phone number. Within up to 4 seconds he receives a TAN for input. Afterwards, he will be forwarded to the confirmation page - the identity has been successfully validated.

Reminder and collection procedure

Should it happen that one of your customers does not pay for their telephone bill, the Micropayment reminder and collection procedure will take effect. Micropayment thereby minimizes the dangers of a payment default and relieves you of the expense of having your own collection system.

The procedure starts as soon as an open claim has not been settled within the desired time frame. Micropayment first sends a payment reminder by e-mail, which gives the defaulting payer the opportunity to pay his debts without additional dunning costs. If there is no response, the matter will be handed over to a debt collection company, which then handles the recovery professionally and effectively.
